
Chenai is a wellness professional, a breathwork practitioner and a meditation teacher.
With a long term passion for health and wellness after noting how much mind-body practices has changed her mental and physical health; Chenai found her calling with teaching meditation and breathwork.
Born and raised in South London, Chenai started her career working in marketing and moved into the corporate technology space. Whilst in university, she also started a health & wellness magazine providing blogs that gave accessible tips for young people living busy lives; also speaking on panels.
Born out of her own grief and mental health struggles, Chenai relied on meditation and breathwork to help manage her personal struggles. Seeing how these tools have helped her, Chenai seeks to empower others to use their breath to also change their lives too.
